My Interview on KitchenSinkWP

Posted on Apr 6, 2015 in Coding, Web Design, Web Development | No Comments

Adam Silver is a WordPress influencer who runs the website KitchenSinkWP – a podcast on everything WordPress. Looking through his past shows, he’s had some really great names on the show including WordPress founder Matt Mullenweg and Crowd Favorite CTO Chris Lema. When he approached me to do an interview about our upcoming product Give, I couldn’t say no.

Here’s the show in its entirety:

What we spoke about:

Adam asked me some really great questions about my history, WordCamp San Diego organizing, suggestions for people getting into WordPress, and about my company and upcoming product: Give.

Here’s a summary of my responses:

  • WordCamp San Diego: I became involved in the organizing team through my relationship
  • Tools: Among the many tools I use everyday, the 3 I pointed out were PHPStorm (IDE), SourceTree (version control), and DesktopServer (local development… no cowboy coding!).
  • Give: I’ll be writing a whole lot more about Give as the project progresses. For now, check out the website for all the information you need to know.

I hope you enjoyed listening to the show. I encourage you to tune in regularly to the KitchenSinkWP podcast. Adam does a great job with the show.
